    "Kitchen Supervisor"? Like she checks to make sure they have enough produce, and that the dishwashers have enough soap?

    Is this the person this show occasionally has who is marginally involved in cooking, but isn't actually a chef? Gordon HATES those people.

    It never ceases to amaze me when someone openly states they can't cook risotto. I'm beginning to think they screen people for the show by throwing out all the applications with a "yes" answer to "Do you know how to cook risotto?"
