After the way he treated Siobhan last night, his title should be changed from "Culinary Instructor" to "Culinary Bully."

"That's not my PERSONAL opinion. It's my PROFESSIONAL opinion." Okay, so Ramsey's PROFESSIONAL opinion was that Siobhan's sandwich was better than Fran's. If that's the case, BEN's opinion doesn't matter.

His behavior towards her was entirely personal . . . 'cause it sure wasn't professional. He's not "all that" himself, so IMHO he was out of line in his treatment of a colleague. She wasn't his student or his employee.
