He who laughs last thinks slowest
Maybe we should chug on over to namby pamby land where we can find some self confidence for you, you jackwagon!
Is this show, or Ramsay, so reviled in the cooking community that no serious sous chef will try out for it? Or is it just supposed to amuse us to watch people who can't cook try to cook for Ramsay?

"There's no crying in baseball!"
-- Tom Hanks, A League of Their Own
I think having people with varying degrees of experience makes it more interesting. If they were all super competent they might be more qualified, but then what would Ramsay have to yell about?
ETA: Someone who's really capable wouldn't need the leg up that this show gives.
Anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.' - Isaac Asimov
I was thinking of the immortal words of Socrates, who said, "... I drank what?"
I was kind of fascinated during the first season but after Top Chef, Hell's Kitchen's flaws glare more brightly.
Got it that entertainment is the name of the game but some credibility is necessary in reality TV.
The diner next week must have found glass, a push pin or other sharp object in her dinner. One can acutally eat glass with no ill effects. This was illustrated on some dumb show where I watched a man eat light bulbs.
I knew Maribelle was out. It was an entertainment decision. The final two are going to be Heather and Keith, doesn't matter what order they leave, at this point.
zzzzzzzzzzzz I watch but this is just soooo silly.

On the preview I thought I heard something about someone threatning to kill somebody?
- The Dean Martin Show -
Petula Clark: You know they say you can't buy happiness.
Dean Martin: No but you can pour it..
With only five chefs remaining, chef Ramsay disbands the teams. Now the wannabes must all work with---and against---each other as they prepare dinner service. But first, last week's winners take a trip to Las Vegas to see the hotel-casino that will figure large in the overall winner's future
Voice Over: What happens when someone makes the biggest mistake you can make in a kitchen? Ramsey, "You are going to kill someone". Then it cuts to a diner throwing her plate on the ledge that seperates the dining room from the kitchen.
I appears as though she found something dangerous to eat in her food.
I don't post during the show because I time shift. (dvr)
What's with the Matre D refering to himself in the 3rd person
"JP is mad"
"JP needs a beer"
"JP went poo-poo in his pants"
The cook of was kind of silly. ramsey did something simlar in his Nightmare show, to teach someone how to work under a budget. But HKs version was weak. The Blue team should have won.
Garret, what an idiot, do these people know they are on camera all the time.
The firing: I was hoping Sara and Garret would go home. Then re-align the teams and shake things up
Heather and Mariabel vs the Keith and Virginia.
Heather and Keith are the front runners.
Make them the sou-chefs, and have to get one of the weaker member thru service.
And lastly ANYBODY BUT SARA,
I thought Ramsey was going to pull a Trump and fire the entire red team, LOL. Glad I forgot that the person going would be so unexpected.
I agree Maribel has been fairly forgettable, but then again with her quietness I think she might have a level of maturity that the others all appear to be lacking. If Ramsey is looking for a leader he also needs to think in terms of someone who won't cause the staff to stampede the heck out of there. There is no way any sane person would agree to work under the SaraBot. Also thinking that Ramsey's wife would be really pissed if any of the girls who have been sucking up to Ramsey (mostly Virginia, but also Sara during last night's reward) won the contest.
Sara can't/won't win. I'm not in a hurry to see her thrown out. As long as Ramsey is willing to slash her down to size, I'm willing to enjoy the entertainment value!
I didn't quite catch JP's hissy fit. What did he say?
