    Hells Kitchen is right!

    Chef R turns off the AC tonight - theyre talkin about 140 deg temps - anyone ever work in a kitchen like that before?

    uhhhh - I think mine got almost that hot before we had the AC installed.

    I heard something interesting on the radio this morning. A former employee was talking about Chef Ramsey. She said that when she worked with him, someone tried to steal a recipe. So the Chef made him strip down to his birthday suit, wrapped him in plastic wrap, and made him leave the restaurant.

    Yikes!
