I'm still grossed out he was showing playing with his feet during service, but they didn't show him washing his hands before cooking the risotto. Yuck.

That was extremely disgusting. I'm just, trying not to picture it anymore because I can't imagine how utterly grossed out the guests must have felt having potentially eaten from his service!

Given the fact that these shows are highly edited, after thinking "yuck," my second thought was that this was out of sequence. He was missing for a moment, and so they pasted in footage taken wehn the shift was over with him picking his toe jam. At least I hope that's what really happened...otherwise it is extremely bizarre behavior!

I kept hoping GR would catch him sitting on his butt smoking while everyone else was working.
