I just know I liked it better. The dessert is a souffle with a very nice sounding sauce. Christina had some sort of coconut parfait looking thing, and I don't care for coconut unless it is very fresh.

One of the chefs I work with said there are psychologists behind those mirrors in the kitchen and that occasionally things get sabotaged by the TV people but the chefs aren't allowed to say anything. . . I wonder if they sabotaged Petrozza's salad. It's still a wild ride, though!

Jen and Matt are at the point of 'I don't give a ****! " They have absolutely nothing to lose, so the heck with it, I guess. Jen is 'sour-graping', big time.

It's up to Christina and Petrozza to kick their sabotaging butts out of the kitchen. All Jen has to do is fry an onion ring, and it's drama. And I can't believe how much Matt is muttering "shut up" to Ramsay, let alone Christina.

Get rid of them.

I bet you're right about the sabotaging. Remember- the sous chefs sometimes send out bad orders to test the chefs and Gordon has expectations that can sometimes seem crazy, but then he gets a whole season full of hot&cold chefs.
