What's up with all the bare handed touching of the food? They really should be wearing gloves if the food is not to be cooked again after touching with bare hands. The health department frowns on that big time. It's highly against all health dept. regulations.
Time for the mandatory meltdowns.

Christina suffering through Louross getting backed up, and Matt being useless trying to help him get simple salads out.

Petrozza is running out of ingredients for 2 of his appetizers...that's a new one! Whose responsibility is it to stock stations?
