I smell "over-confident" a-hole for some reason from this photo.

, I thought that was one of the weirdest ways to compensate for being "short". His inferiority complex will be what gets him if anything.

I thought I saw what I looked like a scar on the left side of his head from some sort of surgery. I had to ask my wife if she tought it was a surgical scar or a bad haircut. I thought maybe he was trying to civer it with a hat but instead brought more attention to his head. Even in his headshot above, he is looking left as not to show that side.

I saw a scar too, but there are a lot less stupid hats you can wear than a two foot tall paper hat. BTW, I thought I saw a scar on Jason's head too, but it could have just been the lighting.

That toque was truly astonishing, both in height and in the arrogance required to wear it on your first day in Hell's Kitchen. I mean really! The guy must have known from watching previous HK episodes that Chef Ramsay himself generally goes bare-headed. What was he thinking, wearing an enormous toque when the head chef doesn't?

Loved watching him walk through the airport wearing it, though.
