6/18 Premiere Show & Overnight Live Stream Discussion (10PM-3AM ET) **Spoilers**

I'm giving the show a fair chance - mostly because our version of "Big Brother" started this way the first season. Personally I liked the cast of that first season of "BB" but the format of the game was very similar minus the talking host.

Given the nonsense we get now of "BB" it's easy to forget how it all started.

I thought the show for the most part was a hodgepodge of sound bites. I think the producers were trying to have an edgy show. They must have put a police officer in the house to help maintain order.

I don't have anything good to say about this show. Couldn't stand the stupid constant voting....who cares? Mardi gras beads, pool party, sushi....whatever. These are things that would occupy us on the feeds but for the show? It got boring and the voice bothered me. I like the idea of the glass house but in reality it was confusing. The reflections were annoying and it was hard to tell who was in the room and who wasn't. The idea wasn't thoroughly thought out. And don't get me started on the people.

Thank goodness for BB.

This show makes me want BB to get on now! Are they going to run this for 3 months as well or will it be over by the time BB starts?

BB will steal most of them away ( jmho) I stopped watching, so they lost me day one. For those that stay with it, I hope you enjoy it

I was really looking forward to this show and was extremely disappointed. It drove me crazy with the constant talking over each other and with the silly let the audience vote on every little thing. I just found it quite crass.

I'll probably watch it next week if there is nothing else on but am not sure how long I'll be able to keep doing that if it bugs me as much as the first.

I completely agree. The constant voting was quite distracting. Did they even show what they GOT? I know we saw sushi, mardi gras beads, etc., but was there even a party shown with these items? Its so confusing. I like a little voting here and there, and having the audience help influence the game, but a bunch of mindless, senseless voting that means nothing just turns monotonous. I did the same thing Holly did.. I found myself pinned to the TV for the first ten minutes. By the last 10 minutes, I was reading my nook and glancing here and there.

I do know that if Alex does come back, it will be ABC manipulated for ratings. They will keep him as "the villian", even tho he sucks at it.

Ill give it another week or two. That'll get me close enough to BB that I can start flashbacks on superpass and I can forget this monstrosity. ill pick it back up next season when they tweak the stupidity out of it.

I finally saw the show, but I've forgotten to watch the internet feeds. I'll keep it going for awhile. I did like the puzzle game. It took a Menza member to figure out the pattern and shove the East team ahead - LOL. There are some players I grew to like or appreciate in the one hour I saw; and, of course others (one in particular) that I haven't.

I have gone online this evening to mark those I would like to see stay, too bad I was too late to try to vote off Alex.

I've seen the first episode. It's alright so far. I have no problem with anybody except that poser loser moronic wannabe dick Alex.
