Not sure if this is a good comparison, but why didn't Amazing Race sue Expedition Impossible then?

...or The View sue The Talk, for that matter?![]()

Or "AR" sue "Treasure Hunters" either?
All can be safely answered - in each of these there were enough differences to keep them fresh and new, and both know that the other will benefit in some way from the other being on (though I think in "AR's" case it knew that "TH" and currently "EI" are probably not going to be back.)
"BB" doesn't get that - they're cocky and arrogant.
They'd really have a case only if they had kept the show like it was the first season.
I don't see how you can sue for the germ of an idea either. And while there are obvious similarities, there are differences too. Still, I think some of the issues BB has may involve behind the scenes things we don't necessarily see...like things that go into making the show, the challenges, the ways they deal with the hamsters...there are something like 19 former BB staff working for Glass House now. That's an awful lot of "insider knowledge"But that said, I'm with you guys. If it forces BB to get back in the game, amp up their creativity, and start looking at more diverse casting...in the words of my uncle - let the battle begin!!

I'm looking through the pics of the house and it's more like the UK BB house than ours. It's swanky!
I hate when the cops throw me in the back of the squad car ....like they didn’t hear me call shotgun.

I know, it really makes the US BB house look even cheaper and shabbier than it already does. BB really needs to spend some money...

Wow -- here's an interesting fact:
This is such a different thing from BB, I'm surprised CBS is even bothering to sue.And unlike any other reality show, The Glass House contestants will only be monitored 24/5 by a control room—with fifty-two hours off, sequestered at a hotel, stewing in their own personal game play and awaiting the fate of who will make it back in the house. That brief time away from the game may help to restore—or further compromise—players’ sanities. “It remains to be seen,” Rosen smiled.

Sweet.
I am looking forward to this, definitely. Is there any news on how many episodes there will be per week?
- Johnny K
I think it will be only 1 TV episode per week, Mondays at 10. It runs for 10 weeks.
Then there's the 3 1-hour live streams per week like today, T-W-Th at 3PM ET. Not sure how else we can see them.

Sounds like an interesting concept, and yes BB does need a kick in the pants.
Do these networks never want people to leave their houses? People in houses watching people on TV/internet who are cooped up in a house? LOL
The madness has got to stop!![]()
Derek Morgan: Garcia? I'll tell you what you are to me. You're my God-given solace. Woman you promise me one thing - whatever happens, don't you ever stop talking to me.
Penelope Garcia: I can't right now 'cause I'm mad at you.
Morgan: I can wait
