    You look great, PGM! I wish I had your willpower. The last time I lost weight was several years ago. I lost 40 pounds and thought I might finally make it down to my goal weight but then I got put on a medication that made me hungry and thirsty all the time. I eventually asked the doctor to change my medicine and tried getting back on track but my resolve was gone. I've been unsuccessful at diet attempts since then. Maybe one of these days I'll get my act together. I just wish healthy food tasted as good as bad-for-you foods and that I could find an exercise I liked doing.

    Thanks pikachu and Fanny Mare. It's not all my own willpower but my doctor gave me a prescription for phentermine and topamax which is a very strong appetite suppressant even though topamax is really for migraines. It has helped me about 2/3 less food than I usually eat without being hungry all the time. So I am not doing it all on my own. Thanks for the compliments! I have about 30 more pounds to lose !

    Me just taken now. It was a bit dark and a bit unclear so I brightened it up, which is why my hair somewhat looks flamin red in some parts. I think it's cool so I'll say that's real.
