It's a LOT darker. Probably closer to what my natural color is. (I think), with some highlights. I have not had it this dark in years. I think in a week or so, she may try to put in some more highlights to lighten it up some, but we will probably go a shade or two lighter the next time I need it colored.

It's not bad. In fact, it looks really good. She did a great job on it. I'm just not used to seeing this dark of a color on me anymore.

Yes, I color it and today, my daughter is coloring it. I am "processing" as I type. I just hope the color comes out as well as the cut did.

Dark Golden Blonde - 7G

I get it at Walgreens and they have a coupon or have it on sale about once a month.

Shay, it was a lot darker, but I shampooed it and it lightened up quite a bit today. I think maybe I didn't rinse it well enough yesterday. I had my head in the sink and my short daughter trying to reach over my back to help me. Once I was able to really do it in the shower this morning, it was a lot easier.

Thanks. I have gotten used to it. (after waking up at 2 a.m and fretting over how dark I thought it was for over an hour. Which is unlike me, but I have to work a big event at the museum tonight, so I was worried about how I would look. And normally I don't give 2 figs about that most of the time.
