Thanks Geek! I need to stay away from the bottle reds! I need to let the pros handle it!

After is a couple of weeks ago - highlighted, colored, and cut.
    I like it much better!

    Great photos. Love the hair.

Reds tend to be really hard, even on the professional level. I have done my own red dye job and had it done in the salons and it tends to fade so much faster than the other colors (I've been every color but black haired). And it can be uneven or turn out orange instead of red. Red is a great color. I love it, but the maintenence on it was difficult, so I went back to blonde. Much easier.

Geekthegirl: Love the bangs. I've been a bang-girl my whole life. Did that sound dirty?

PGM35: Love your new cut and color. You look very put together!

I would love to get one of those personal make-overs. By someone who won't give you a wonky, weird hairdo that's difficult to keep up. But I'm chicken. Bok bok bokbok.

Thanks all! It looks kind of dark in that photo but there are highlights throughout. It sure does make you feel like a new person!

Miss Kitty, (I don't think it sounded bad until you asked) I'm a recent convert to bangs after 7 years without.

lei: you look as sweet as I expected you to. Like everyone else I was rolling at the catnip party.
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.
