Pumpkin the cat escaped this morning while I was taking the dogs out. He ended up in the snow and decided that wasn't to his liking, so it was easy to grab him up and take him back into the house. The dogs followed us back in, and next thing I know Pumpkin is in my husband's lap and he's letting Katie lick the snow off his feet.

Here is the new addition. He is now in his cage in my shower, in my bathroom with the door shut until tomorrow morning. Daughter is going to be tres' surprised.

Waldo is not in the photo because he's scared of it. Seriously.
Rosie and Bogie sniffed it from end to end, but were not threatening, just curious. Tried to show it to Waldo and he backed away quickly. I never know what is up with him. The squirrel's he chases, but he's scared of a bunny.

He has no name yet, leave that up to my daughter. But I've been calling him GB for Gingerbread because he's brown.

In that picture he looks the same color as your hair! I had a bunny once - Balthazar. Somehow our dog got in his cage and that was that. Be careful.

I love the dogs sniffing him over. Hopefully they didn't scare him too much and he didn't leave you "presents" in your hand.

    Re: For animal lovers

I held him in the car on the way home which took about 20 min. as hubby had to make a stop and then in the house with the dogs and he didn't leave me any "presents" that whole time. He's very calm and good natured. The dogs didn't even phase him.
He's so soft and silky. I think I'm already in love!

He will live in a cage in my daughter's room and the dogs stay out of there because she keeps the door shut. She has never liked them to go in there.

We've had a mouse for quite a while now and only Rosie is even aware of the mouse, but he lives in the bedroom in an aquarium too.

We are swiftly becoming the animal house.

As I recall, bunnies like to chew on cords. It is also my understanding they have a real affinity for computer cords.
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.

Yes they do. My sister had one and I remember they like to chew period, but cords seem to be the favorite.

Thanks for the reminder. Hopefully he will be living in luxury in the Myrosiedog, Jr. Suite and will not be near the computer.

Merry Christmas U.D and to your 3 beautiful kitties too.

Merry Christmas! (imagine the letters larger and in red and green)

Or as we say here in the 'hood... Yo Yo Yo, Merry Chrismas. (can't say ho ho ho because it's politically incorrect)

I wish nothing but the best for all of my critter lovin' friends.
