doxie - I want to snuggle with your doggies in front of the the fire. Looks so cozy.

miss kitty - loved the 12 days of Catmas. The only thing he left out was boxes/bags for jumping in.

Guttmutter: Yay! I'm so glad the two of them are best buddies now!

gabriel: Thank you, I think he's pretty talented.

brunette trixie: He left out the bags and boxes because he's never had a pet, but he listened to things I told him about Gracie and Mr. Tootles!

My sister came over and asked why there were two empty boxes in the dining room.

    Silly sister!
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.

    Re: For animal lovers

This reminded me of something that the infamous Waldo might do!

My parents have a Springer Spaniel named Robin - he is big, but harmless. Thursday morning, Mom was in her robe, having coffee and reading the newspaper when the doorbell rang. Robin howled and ran to the door, but she told him to sit and he did. She opened the door and there was a delivery man with a giant HAM that someone had sent to them..... LMAO - Robin got one look at the ham and busted out the door - the delivery man got one look at Robin and started running. Mom ended up chasing both of them (in her robe, in the rain) down the sidewalk yelling at the delivery guy to "Drop the ham!"

The delivery guy put the ham on top of his car, got into the car and locked the door. Robin stood up on his hind legs and was trying to get the ham off of the top of the car. Mom finally got the dog off the car and dragged him back inside. She went out to pacify the delivery guy and he was gone! The ham was lying in the middle of the driveway. Of course, she was horrified, and she told me that Robin has never chased anyone like that before - lol - to which I responded that no one ever brought Robin a ham before! The ham was fine though - luckily it was heavily wrapped!

Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!

That is hysterical doxie. That poor delivery guy. I'm sure that story will be embellished by the time he tells it to his friends.

You're probably right, Unklescott! "There was this HUGE pit bull, and a crazy woman in her nightgown, chasing me-- I don't know which was worse, or how I escaped with my life!!!"

    Re: For animal lovers

At least the ham fell off the car where she could find it before it got run over. I have a box with a hole cut out the side under my kitchen table. usually it is on it's side, but if my teenage kitten starts terrorizing the baby kitten we're holding for Christmas, I turn it open end down and the kitten jumps in the little hole. They can keep playing, but Kimono can't hurt her.
    Count your blessings!
