I actually injured myself by laughing so hard.
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.
Uncle David, I'm sorry, I just realized that I never answered your question about how Baby (my Chihuahua mix) gets along with Harley. Baby is the boss of him, literally. We got Baby when she was 5. Harley was 2 at the time. Harley was terrified of her at first. Baby had been abused so she was really scared of us and she would snap at us when we got too close to her. She snapped at Harley one time and he was whipped (He's kind of a wussy anyway). Baby is used to us now and knows that nobody here would hurt her, so the snapping has stopped but she is still the boss.
It was a wonderful day around here when Baby stopped snapping and snarling at us because we knew that she finally trusted us. It took about a year but now she loves everybody that she meets. It would break my heart when she would flinch when we tried to pet her.
Sorry for such a long post. I could talk about my babies all day if given a chance, and I can't sleep. These damn pain killers keep me wide awake. I can't wait until I am done with them.
All of the pics of your babies are so beautiful!
Lei, Daniel is soooooooo cute!!! And "cosmic cousins"....I like that! My fellow Leo.
Thanks to you all for the well wishes. I am doing much better. It does suck to have a cast like this on in the summer, but I realize how lucky I am as the Dr. told me I am lucky that I can even walk after the injury.

Cousin Butterfly, I'm sorry you're having trouble sleeping, I'm sorry you are going through all this. And I'm so glad you're doing better, and walking! The big picture.
And don't you ever worry about talking about your babies. Post away. I'll happily read, and I know others will too.
Daniel thanks everyone for loving him and admiring his poses. He is really quite the charmer, and a passionate kisser, too. Here he is again. It's always funny to walk in and find him napping all crazy.
Sleep well everyone. Aloha
What a wonderfully relaxed pose! Here is another pic that came out nice (also taken with my Mamiya). Best viewed large sizeOriginally Posted by lei;2463739;

fredlun I think we're the only ones awake, though on opposite sides of the planet
Another striking photo. What a beautiful creature. And you have such an eye.
I have had at least 1 kitty for most of my life, and I know I learned some of my most favorite sleep positions and stretching techniques from watching my cats! They just seemed to get so much enjoyment out of what they were doing that I decided to try what they did. Eureka!! I fully understood!

A cat and her pumpkin plant. Seriously, she loves this plant. She gets her own garden every year, and she does tend it (she's done a great job this summer, she has a sunflower about to bloom), but she heads right for the pumpkin plant every time she goes out.
