    Zoe's Favorite Molasses Biscuits

    4C whole wheat flour
    1/2 C cornmeal
    1 egg
    2 Tb. vegetable oil
    2 Tb. molasses
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 C water.

    Mix all ingredients together to form dough and turn onto a lightly foured surface to knead. Roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into shapes. Place on greased or parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bakein a 350 oven for 1 hour. Enjoy!

    Great story in AP today about a dog who is nursing three tiger kittens, in addition to her own puppy. I don't know why their mommy rejected them but isn't this sweet?

    I can't leave out Hardy. He gets jealous when I only post pictures of Laurel. Hardy is not much of a lap cat anymore.
