oh YG - what a cool story about the fawn - I shudder to think if you just turned the other cheek - you saved his little life!!
Unk - I sure hope Tigger's on the mend.

Unk - I'm sorry about all the troubles Tigger's been having but glad that he's eating. I hope he can come home soon.

He's walking around the house, just jumped off my chest. He's checking to make sure everything is just like he left it.![]()
YAY!! He's investigating. I hope Unk didn't move anything around..

Petula Clark: You know they say you can't buy happiness.
Dean Martin: No but you can pour it..
I have to go back here and read all these.
I'm posting quick (suppose to be working)
I'm taking care of my daughter's persian cat. She is white with brown eyes and ADORABLE.
my daughter had to rescue her from a BAD pet store in N.Y.C
anyway her eyes are a mess. My daughter took her to a vet when she got back here (MA) the vet robbed her (jerrrrrrrrrrrrkkkk)
her eyes are still a mess.
Anyone have experience with persians? Apparently they do have runny eyes but, this kitty (4 months) was so neglected it just built up. She looks like she is in pain.
She's going to the vet next week then I'm bringing her to my daughter's new house : (
I'll be heartbroken as I've had her over a month now.
these vets are robbers............been through it with a cat I posted about a long time ago here.
Aww Unk, poor little Tigger-kitty.He's been through the ringer lately, hasn't he. And YOU too.

It's awful when we know our pets are in pain and there's nothing we can do to make it go away. I keep thinking back two years ago when Jasper had a urinary blockage and howling in pain. It was awful. . . horrible. . . that helpless feeling that you can't do anything to make it better.
Yard, your story made me cry. . . then smile.![]()
That's great news that Tigger is home again, Unk!My son and DIL's cat is named Tigger too.
My stepdad has fed squirrels in their backyard for years. There are a couple of black ones that have been coming to eat corn. Last year, my daughter named them Big Blackie Lackie and Little Blackie Lackie (We also have Brownie Townie and Grayie Layie) The little black one will usually come tap on the glass when they're out of corn. It's really cute! This morning, a bird kept chasing them and plucking hairs from their tails (for it's nest, I assume). I snapped some pics and thought I'd share.
