I'm so sorry to hear about Joey. I know how empty it feels when you lose you best friend. My place felt so empty but since i got the boys the joy and laughter has returned.
Same here.Even though I still had Suki after losing Jasper, she was not bonded to me the way he was. I waited six months to get Oliver and it wasn't until then that I realized how sad I still was over Jasper. Ollie has really helped me heal. I didn't think I could love another cat the way I loved Jasper, but that little guy has opened up my heart again.
