I love happy endings also.
That's great MissKitty.![]()
Miss Kitty, that's wonderful. I'm so glad the Smokey and her owners were reunited. You did a wonderful thing.
We've had sad news this evening. My daughter's mouse, Moo Cow, passed away earlier this evening.
She has had Moo Cow since Nov. and the mouse was always a source of entertainment to the 3 dogs, particularly when she was in her ball rolling around on the floor.

Miss Kitty: I am so glad that you found Smoky's owners. I'm sure that they are thankful.I remember how I felt when Henry waddled away from home and how grateful I was for the kind couple who stopped their car and got him and then called us.
MRD: I'm sorry to hear about Moo Cow. I'm sure that s/he will be missed by all of you.![]()

myrosiedog - I am so sorry to read about moo cow. give MRD jr a hug for me.
Misskitty So happy you were able to return Smoky to her home. Her family must be so relieved to have her safe at home.
Myrosiedog I'm sorry to hear about Moo Cows passing. And I have to say, I absolutely love that name. Especially for a mouse.
Yesterday I got out Sams old doggie bed. Sam was our Boston Terrier who died last November. The bed is old and ratty looking and chewed on, but considering Roxies tendency to chew EVERYTHING to bits now, I thought I'd see how she took to a bed before I invested in a new one. Well, she loves it! She's got all her toys piled up in it and there's hardly enough room for her to lay down, but she's laying in it right now chewing on her ham bone that she got last night. So I guess it's safe to buy a new bed and retire this one.![]()
If it doesn't bother you, why don't you let her have that bed "from" Sam, she reads as being comfy in it...Originally Posted by Lil Bit;3182324;

Have any of you kitty staff ever noticed that your employers like to lick those noisy, plastic grocery bags? I am talking about bags that have not gotten any kind of sticky food remnants in them. What is with that. One of my gurls would do that when she was hungry, and her neglectful employee had forgotten to fill the food bowl....at which point I'd go fill up the bowl immediately, and apologize. Mea culpa.The other gurl just likes to lick it "just because". The sound can be most irritating. The other two are not interested in it, at all.
