Our family pets just never leave our hearts, even when they leave this world.

So true, so true. We have been through a lot of heartbreak when we lost our dogs in the past, and it is still tough to talk about today, even though it has been a few years. I can still easily cry about them, and miss them so much.

Let's just hope that the fame does not go to his head! He already requires a personal umbrella holder to accompany him outside in the rain and a wardrobe consultant to make sure that his bandanas are tied right. He has two personal chefs too!

Glad y'all enjoyed the video. When Henry wakes up (that 20 seconds took a lot out of him ) we may attempt to capture some of his other antics.

Bella, formerly Lexi, was born a feral kitty. And she exhibits it daily by her love of the outdoors and hiding in plants. She also has this weird love of dirt; to crawl on it, lay on it, eat it, and generally be at one with it. Here she is enjoying a new pile courtesy of the gas company who is installing a new line and outside meter.



Mr. Tootles, was doing a very good job, as flag kitty. He made sure that Bella and Gracie were aware of exactly where the gas line was underground.



Gracie was not interested in what either was doing. She just enjoyed the afternoon sunning.

Henry hates the theme song to "What Not to Wear." We captured him growling at it tonight and posted it on youtube. Do a search on "dachshund what not to wear." Keep in mind this is only 20 secs. long and our first attempt at posting a video, but we hope there are more to come. Henry likes being a star!

Actually, not too hard as the dirt was dry. However, if it rains and she gets into it she gets pretty muddy toesies! Today when I picked her up, she got a 6 inch piece of packing tape stuck along her tummy. I had to carefully peel it off but she did lose some nice fluffy white fur. She was a brave girl though.
