I'm getting that Waldo tells me he would like for YOU, not the other doggies, to come outside and do some interactive play with him, for about 30 minutes every late afternoon. Right after dinner or right before tv o clock would be best, but Waldo sez if it just has to be earlier he can do that too. He says that he used to be afraid to ask, but now that he knows nothing bad will happen, playing with the people might be fun.
He says hewaits till tv time to ask because he always hopes you will ask him first--but when you sit down he knows it won't happen unless MAYBE he can hint hard enough!
I have found the Truth and it doesn't make sense.

Well, I have some sad news.. my baby Bearded Dragon has died.

RIP Logan, you were such a cool little guy.

Unfortunately, many reptile owners have told me, and I have also read that baby beardies are very tough to raise. So sad.

I think Queenb may have hit the nail on the head. We realized that we've been sitting outside a lot in the evenings in the past month, but recently we've quit (it's too hot) and maybe he's wanting us to go back and sit on the patio so he can roam the yard sniffing and playing with his stick.

He loves tv by the way. Prefers the Andy Griffith show, but animal planet will do. I've never seen a dog so interested in tv before. Bogie and Rosie only notice it when other dogs are on. Waldo lays on the couch and actually watches it. He just needs his own remote.
Maybe he doesn't want to watch MSNBC all the time like me!
(my husband is ADDICTED to MSNBC)

TV Junkie, I'm sorry to hear about your bearded dragon.

TV Junkie, I'm sorry about your bearded dragon .

myrosie, about Waldo's behavior, are there people outside during that time? Children playing or dogs being walked? If it's the same time every night, there must be something going on. What are Rosie and Bogie doing during this time? Or are you eating chips or some other snack during tv time that maybe he's hoping you'll share?

Rosie and Bogie are laying on the sofa trying their best to ignore him.

My daughter and her boyfriend have been going to friends a lot lately in the evening. So it may be that his "pack" is not all in one place anymore either.
He really likes when everyone's home and preferably in the same room too. So it could be a combo of all this stuff.

And it may be that he's just being his own goofy self.

He's not distressed, it's like he wants something. (Not treats as when he wants those he parks himself in front of the counter where I store then and stares at them longingly and then checks to make sure we see him staring)

Thanks everyone. I miss him, but at least he isn't sick & suffering anymore.

I buried him at the base of a huge tree in the backyard, it is very beautiful, and I hope he likes it.

I thought it was a nice spot. I'm pretty sure it is a white oak tree.
