    My Fitness Routine

    1. Purchase expensive fitness gear from the web.
    2. Think about doing 15 minutes on the treadmill.
    3. An hour later, feeling guilty that I've done nothing, have a beer.
    4. Feeling a little woozy and realizing it would be dangerous to do the treadmill, have another beer.
    5. Try to set up my Wii Fit [which I haven't used in 5 months] and can't get it to work.
    6. Visit a few fitness blogs and read about exercising.
    7. Take a little nap.
    8. Purchase a yoga DVD.
    9. Have a couple Ciao Bella Ice Cream sandwiches [the lime sh*t in the graham cracker "sandwich" is outrageously good].
    10. Make a list of all the things I need to do tomorrow including exercise.
    11. Go to bed.

I do walk about 35 miles a week, but that's more of a necessity than a fitness plan.

    Here's mine:
    1. Do six crunches before I get up in morning. Some mornings. Also a few leg lifts
    2. Cycle 7 kilometres to work.
    3. Down a Red Bull and some Cheetohs (carbo loading, don'tcha know)
    4. Work on my cubicle-dwellers spread until 4:30
    5. Cycle 7 kilometres home
    6. Lift a 5 lb. weight approximately 4 times. Once in a while
    7. Flex my right index finger fairly continuously from 5:00 until 10:00
    8. Go to bed

Get up at 4:30 a.m. 3 days a week to lift weights and swim at the Y before school.
Wear Sketchers Shape Ups (shoes) every day to work where I'm on my feet from 7-2 with a minimum of 3 reps up and down the stairs.
Walk around the lake at the park on nice days.
Think about using the Wii that was going to change my life.
    Count your blessings!

Sometimes I put the remote on the entertainment center so I have to get up to change the channels.
That was a great message! And I've had a terrible day, so thank you.I love random acts of kindness.Really, realy appreciated.Scott- RIP SDL<3

    Re: My Fitness Routine

In all seriousness I joined the online weight watchers today. I need to lose 60 to be at target but 40 would make me happy. We're having a party for my husband at the end of April and I would love to be down 15 or so by then so I don't go hide from the cameras.

Good luck, tbamom and best wishes for your success. I have heard Weight Wathcers online can be very helpful.

Good luck! Do they still do points? I couldn't use it because I learned really quickly how to fit pizza and cookies into my points!

My workout routine - chase after my kiddies. Yep, that's pretty much it. But between chasing after them and carrying them around (at 27 and 34 pounds), it can actually be quite a workout. I also put all the bad food on the top shelf so I have to reach and stretch every night to get it!
