I used to keep a food journal when I dieted, but now I eat pretty much the same thing every day with variations within the food groups, so there's not really much of a point. I have knee issues, so I'm not sure running is ever going to be in my game plan.

My workout today - a 10 mile walk in the wind and rain with my daughter. Half of it was against a strong wind. It is good to be home sipping some tea. It is still cold and wet here and that is no joke. I feel a little more prepared for the race coming up.
