    Re: Daylight Saving Time Ends!

I don't care for the early darkness, but it is better for the kids going to school in the early morning....they can see where they're going.

During WW II, as noted in the article, we had daylight savings time all year around. There are a couple of states in the US which do not observe DST, one of them being AZ. I guess they figure it is hot enough there in the summer they don't want to extend the torture any further!!

Hope everyone remembered to change their clocks.

And for those of us that have to get up really early to feed livestock. I can see...
I always love the first day of 'real time'... I always get so much done and feel ahead of schedule.

The weird thing in Arizona is that while the state doesn't observe daylight saving time the Najavo nation does. And, the Navajo owns a big chunk of Arizona, so when driving through there in the summer you never know what the heck time it is!

It always takes me a while to get used to. I am up soooo early and then want to go to sleep at 8:30 at night.
