    iPhone Apps

I am a new iPhone owner and want to know what are the apps that you can not live without. I find the App Store to be a pain to use.

My favorites so far are Bookworm, ESPN Score Center and Day Bank.

No FoRT app that I can find either

I love Flixster - get local movie times and details about current movies playing.
    I'm addicted to Bubblewrap.
Flick Fishing is a fun game too.
We use WhiteNoise to fall asleep to every night.
    Translator.
    Tipulator.
    ArtPuzzle
    Classics library
    Compass
Carpenter - includes a level, have used it hanging pictures

    Have fun!

My bank (which is a military bank and therefore doesn't have a local branch) has an iphone app, where you can take a photo of a check and they deposit it right then and credit your account. You then mail in the check for deposit. But this way, you can have the funds right away and not have to wait the 2-3 days for mailing and processing. I thought that was SO cool.

I have two teenagers (17 and 15) and they were totally worth the investment for them. They are used constantly. My 10 year old would love one, but I don't think they are durable enough for me to risk with him at this point.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    My most used apps:

MapQuest (I prefer it to the built-in map app)
Nike+ GPS (I LOVE this one - measures and maps your walks/runs/hikes)
NPR News (GREAT access for streaming public radio - I have a poor signal at home!)
    Facebook
    Echofon (Twitter)
SoundHound (Only for iPhone, you need a speaker for it to identify a song for you)
    Pandora
Savage Love (Dan Savage app, NOT kid appropriate!)
    Wikipedia
    Grocery Gadget

    GAMES
Words With Friends (Like Scrabble but cheaper and lots of fun)
    Cat Physics (Addictive)
    Angry Birds (Also addictive)
    Cut the Rope (Also addictive)
Carcassonne (I was thrilled to find this one after my kids hooked me on the Xbox version)
DoodleJump (Simple, fun, and sometimes infuriating)
USA Today Crosswords (Good crosswords and great interface)

Has anyone here tried that Tapatalk app for accessing FoRT? FoRT is a pain to access thru Safari on iPhone, but I hesitate to get this app without hearing some feedback from FoRT users...
