Though that was more of a fact-finding research trip than a vacation.

Real vacation was Jamaica in July. Ya mon!

Uh, hang on a minute, I honestly thought you were about 25 Lobeck.
I'm so bad at guessing ages.

I just saw this response Lobes and it made me

I'm dreadful with ages. I can hardly ever guess them correctly even when I see the person

Last vacation the kids and I went back "home" to my parent's house in the UP of Michigan. Spent time at my sister's camp right next to the Lake, spent alot of time on the beach as the water is really cold. Just relaxed and hung out. Helped my mom with a little work around the house.
I could go east, I could go west, it was all up to me to decide. Just then I saw a young hawk flyin' and my soul began to rise. ~Bob Seger

The last vacation I took was earlier this month when Joey, his mom, and I went to San Diego for 5 days. I had never been, and we had a great time. You gotta love being able to still wear shorts in December!

Last "real" vacation was around 5 years ago went trekking in a motorhome across the U.S. we got as far as Arizona taking the northern route there and the southern route coming home. It was fun, exciting, scary at times and will probably never have a chance to do that again. The year before that, took the entire family to Florida Disney World and loved it. Was like being a kid again! Can't wait to do that again!
