Re: What kind of car do you drive?

Hi guys!!!! This is one of the reasons I love the FORT so much, whenever something is on my mind, a thread floats to the top that may help!!!

I'm getting my new RAV 4 tonight (woot!) it will be a new lease.

I have to hand back my old truck to GMC by the 30th. I've been told by family and friends that the new dealership will send it back to the old, but I think that's for "good citizens" who aren't handing in a car with a dented door and that's 2,000 miles over promise.

I tried to call GMC today and got placed on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up finally, with no answers. Anyone have any advice for a frustrated and panicking Fortie?
    Could does not mean should

When my lease was coming up on my Nissan, I had to set up an appt to have them inspect it for wear and tear damage. Then I handed it over to them, got my paperwork and it was done.

Unk you look so sporty. LOVE the color! I bet you have many happy hours crusin in the new car. Now you just need a big dog that likes the wind in his face to ride with you. I can send Waldo. Wait, he gets car sick, you wouldn't want that.

    Enjoy your new ride.

Hey Unk, you need to take a road trip! Beautiful fall leaves coming up, great weather for the top down and a scenic drive. Just how many can you fit in that monster?

I had a 1976 delta 88 with low miles that I just loved. I felt safe driving it and felt safe thinking about letting my boys use it when they were learning to drive. The only trouble was, my oldest was taking his brothers for a spin shortly after he got his license and he ended up rear-ending someone. The car was totalled, but the boys were safe. Bye bye car.

My hubby drove a '62 super 88 when I met him in 1984. It was his grandpas. What a boat, but it was a nice car...
