Can anyone analyze this dream for me, too?
Dream 17 (?)
I'm in the art room at my school, designing a cut-out model castle. The finishing touches includes filling in the center with model soldiers. But to do so requires putting glue on all sides of the center. But I don't do that. Instead, I somehow magically make the glue bottle hover around the room, putting glue around the room. Most ends up on the floor, but some people get puddles of glue on their backs. I walk over to apologize to one of the people, and as I'm doing so, someone else, wearing red, walks up to me. Her eyes have a weird glow to them.
This was where it ended. I thought that it was pretty weird, how the dream mostly focused on glue. So could someone please analyze this one for me, however crazy and/or unreal it may seem?
(By the way, the girl who had the weird eyes is one of my enemies, and the girl I apologized to was never really a friend of mine. I recognized almost everyone in the dream.)
there is a really good website
it gives you the basics as to what dreams mean...very good
Thanks for the link, Lioness! Moonskin and haejin, I'll try to analyze your dreams in the next few days, if Wynd doesn't get to them first. She is insightful, a master of symbols and psychology. Wynd, where are you???? We neeeeed you. ;)
Guess who dropped by my dream yesterday? Orlando Bloom. :cheer
I had a really troubling dream recently. I can't seem to forget it. In my dream I was driving around downtown in the city that I live. I kept driving by this magic shop. I'm scared to go in, but I finally get up the nerve and I go in. No one is there, so I just start looking around. There are all sorts of Wiccan objects around. I'm curious so I start reading some of the books. I start to get freaked out and I try to leave, but I can't find the door. Suddenly a woman appears out of nowhere and tells me she's glad I finally found my rightful place. I say, no I want to leave. I want to go home. She says if you didn't really belong here you wouldn't have come. End of dream.
Of course this really freaked me out because I've never been in a magic shop, nor do I want to go to one. What does this dream mean??
Hmm, seems like there a lot of "dreams-in-waiting" here and I'm sorry to add mine to the mix.
What does killing mean in a dream? I mean, I could never imagine wanting to kill anyone so I'm a bit freaked out.
But I'm pretty sure that in my dream I killed someone. I have no idea who or why (but I believe it was a female) but I remember being worried about being caught. I was trying to act friendly with a bunch of girls I didn't know - trying to act like I fit in there so the police wouldn't suspect that I was out of place and had done it.
Then later as I thought I was going to be able to escape unnoticed some other girl went crazy brandishing a gun threatening to shoot somebody. So then I was running around trying to hide again to avoid being killed myself.
Really weird. I remember running around a parking lot, hotel, and swimming in a lake. Kind of vague I know. Maybe the main idea is just being afraid and hiding and trying to fit in where I don't belong?
If anyone would like to offer an interpretation that doesn't make me sound like a crazy person ;) I'd appreciate it. THANKS! :)
Hmm, I too hate to add to the backlog, but here's a quirky one to follow the killing and other freaky dreams: :D
I can't remember the whole dream, or even the context of this "scene," but I vividly remember a large bunch of men standing around in some sort of social setting (or maybe they were waiting for something?), and all but one had a mustache. No other accompanying facial hair, just mustaches that made them all look like 70's porn stars. :tongue (No offense, of course, to those of you currently sporting a mustache. These in particular had a very sleezy sort of feel :) ) The one without a mustache was a young redheaded man. In my dream, I remember being amused at the scene, and thinking to myself that this redhead would look absolutely horrendous in a mustache. I hoped he wasn't considering growing one as a result of peer pressure.
Here's another crazy dream I had recently:
I'm in this huge Victorian style house, and I'm watching TV there. The show I'm watching is more like a docu-drama about a bunch of people who were on gangs (think Gangs of New York Style), and were out to kill each other. The setting in the show was about the 1500's, I think.
Anyway, it cuts to a scene where a man in a blue coat opens the door to someone. The person, who's wearing a green dress, throws her basket of flour onto the man in the blue coat. He exploded when the flour hit him.
The narrator goes, "And a new weapon was born." Then there are more scenes where women in blue dresses are throwing the flour on the people in green, and vice versa. There's also one where a woman in a green dress throws the flour, but it hurtles back towards her, and so she explodes.
After that scene, I walked back to my room, which is many flights of stair above. On one of the landings, I realized that there was a creature who haunted the house - someone who can't see or smell, but can hear. I saw a dark figure on the next landing. He growled, and came to a stop right in front of me.
This was where it ended. I really thought that this dream was very cool, for some reason.
I had a weird dream and was wondering if anyone can help me decipher it. Let me give u a lil back story before I go into the dream. I have known this guy online for 4 years. Lately it has become a pretty intense relationship. We talk on the phone, everything. He is coming to town in December and we are planning on meeting. But I recently had a dream that I was at his house. (He is a computer network consultant for a HUGE company) And I was at his house...and he was a complete nerd...He had cut off shorts on his socks all the way to his knees. He was wearing big urkel glasses...and he...was...deformed. His hand was all crumpled up...and there were just a lot of other things wrong with him. And he didn't look...like...how I KNOW he looks...It was like...it was him in the dream. But it wasnt really HIM! And he was in a computer chair and going back and forth and doing all sorts of things with the computer. I don't remember the conversation between the two of us...if there even was one. And I am having a hard time understanding it. I really like this guy. He is also 11 years older than I am. I am only 20 right now. I hope someone can help me!!! Sorry if this gets posted twice I'm not very good at posts lol or if I am posting it in the wrong area
