Oh this is good stuff, I just remembered another bonus to my divorce, one less 'mother' to buy for this year

Now, for the stepmom and mom from crazytown (aka, my actual mom).

Do psychiatrists sell gift certificates?

It really depends on the mother. My mom LOVES gift certificates as do I but my MIL always wants jewelry (usually something with coral or turquoise so it's not overly expensive). I don't know any mom who wouldn't just love some quality time with their child where it's just her and them and a nice dinner somewhere, especially if they are older and you don't get to do that very often.
