We've already had our corned beef, cabbage and potatos. It was soooo good. Why don't we eat that more often? We only eat a turkey once a year too.
I should really do a Corned beef and a turkey throughout the year as we do enjoy them.

Let me tell you a true story about my family's "luck of the Irish"My ancestors from Norway originally imigrated to Ireland--just in time for one of the really bad potato famines. They went back to Norway for a while, to kind of think things over, and eventually came to the US.
The family luck hasn't gotten a whole lot better since, either
