My alarm clock changes time on it's own. Except, it's on the old schedule. So I'll have to change it manually tonight, but when the old daylight savings time comes, it'll change again. I can't remember when it was and now I'm all paranoid.

There is some irony in the modern conveniences!!

Thanks for the reminder, Unk. I hate "spring forward". I'm always so tired and losing an hour of sleep just sucks. I know they changed it so it starts earlier and end later, which gives us an extra month of longer days. Hmmm...which is more important? An extra month of light or losing an hour of sleep? I'd say being in Seattle, the extra month of light is more important, so I'll suffer losing the hour of sleep.

Everything when you have a five year old that will be a BEAR to get to sleep tonight

I despise springing ahead. It's not only the hour that you lose on the first day it the resetting of your own body clock. I'm out of sync for weeks and so are my under 5 daycare kids. Think of me, this is going to be a miserable week as not only is the time changing but it's March Break which means I am filled to beyond capacity with out of sync kiddos. On the upside... the weather is supposed to be warm and seasonal (for nothern Ontario) so we can wave bye bye to cabin fever and get out and burn off some energy.

That's today? My computer is correct, but I guess I had better go around the house changing up everything. Oh, and checking the smoke alarm batteries!

My daughter just tried to pull one over on me. She comes in the living room asking if she can stay up an extra hour since we lost an hour and it would really be not 9. The fact that she still had to get up normal time just slipped her mind.

    Thanks for the heads-up, Unk.

I love it when we have more 'daylight' time.
