    Well, my daughter won't be home for christmas. Her boyfriend (also a pilot) is whisking her off somewhere. All he told her was to clear her schedule and have her passport in hand. Yea for her... what fun! Boo for my first Christmas in 21 years without her.

    I got a tree for my apartment tonight... about twice as tall as last year's and $5 cheaper! I have the lights on it, and I'm not sure if I'm even going to put ornaments on-- it looks so pretty with just the lights.

    I know that many of you like the movie "A Christmas Story". I've never seen it. Is it a good family movie? Will my 7 1/2 yr old girl like it??

    I will not predict the likes and dislikes of a young girl, but it is a very good family movie
