Awww, y'all are so sweet. I'm glad to hear the hand on the butt thing is a good sign!

The hen night thing is the exact equivalent of a bachelorette party. It usually involves kidnapping the bride-to-be and a small amount of humiliation. Luckily for me, the humiliation began and ended with the blue wig - which I kind of liked, being a Simpsons fan and all.

And yep, it actually IS possible to take a picture of me without a drink in my hand.

Unk, I wish your daughter a beautiful wedding and a blissful marriage!

    Awww...I love wedding pictures!

The pictures are beautiful and I love the idea of sailing away from your wedding and enjoying some alone time with your new spouse before heading to your reception!

Thanks so much for sharing and may you have a lifetime of love, happiness and good health!

Geek - I finally had a chance to see the pictures! Pictures are blocked on my computer at work, so I could see the captions and read everyone's comments, but I couldn't see the pictures. This is the first chance I've had at home to look at them. They are absolutely beautiful, and you and the new hubby look absolutely radient! Thank you so much for sharing them with us. I wish you and hubby a long, happy, and healthy life.

Congratulations, geek! You both look beautiful, as well as the scenery (says the Skåning who's only been to the real Norrland once (not everything above Skåne counts, right?))

I'm off to a Swedish wedding myself on Saturday, my sister's.

Have a great time at your sister's wedding, femme. I hope it turns out as beautiful as it looked like geek's was.

Enjoy your sister's wedding, femme fatale! The weather's been a bit crap in the southern parts of Sweden lately, hasn't it, so I'll pray for sun!
