I just learned about this last weekend, from my Dad. I don't recall how long ago it first appeared, but I do remember it was at least a month or so ago.
A neighbor of my Dad's, who lives at the end of the street, drives an eco-friendly hybrid car. I'd like to report the "painter" for public defacement, but I think the owner of the hybrid has chosen to pay the painter with too much time on their hands no mind. Good for them.
The trippy thing about this story is the owner of the hybrid car is Leonardo
