What a wonderful memory to have. She loved you very much... Again, I am so very sorry for your loss. Please know that it is OK to feel all kinds of emotions...even a little anger at times...

Before my dad passed away. I told him that I loved him very much...he smiled and told me he loved me, too. I had no idea at the time that those are the last words he would say. When I was crying at his funeral, my brother pointed that out to me and it was comforting.

evice my mother passed from ovarian cancer that spread all over her entire body. It is wonderful that you had the opportunity to let her know how much you loved her before she passed.

My deepest sympathy at this time evoce.

My mom passed 7 years ago and her last words were to a cousin of mine (I was in the room). "I love you, now dammit leave.". If you knew my mom and this cousin and all of our history, they are probably some pretty great last words.

I'm glad your mom was able to say what she said to you, that is a very special gift.

    Hugs.
