Yarn. It isn't meant to be a collection, but that's what it's turned into. And, of course, any knitting or crochet tools to go with. I actually do try to get at least one knitting thing from any place I visit.

Does every Dean Martin song, and all but 3 of his movies, plus the variety shows and Celebrity Roasts constitute a collection? Richie Valens, Johnny Cash, Frank Sinatra, Robert Goulet, Next month I am buying all of the Dark Shadows Episodes, I have a bookcase full of books about The Kennedys', All of the CAT who mysteries, John Grisham, Sue grafton, I have all of the Perry Mason books....When I was in my 20s I had a BEER CAN, yes BEER can collection only from Miller, all the different cans & bottles from 1855 til 1970s, file cabinets full of advertising, trays, etc etc... I'm Nuts

Really, the only thing I collect are charms for my charm bracelet, but I'm about done with that b/c it's gotten so heavy.

MissThing.. I do the same thing with cross stitch supplies. I try to visit a shop in every area that I visit and get "something." Unfortunately sometimes it appears that I already have a better stock than the stores that I visit. (uh oh)

Well right now, mainly what I collect is dust bunnies!!!

The only thing I can think of that I collect now are $1 poker chips and $1 slot machine coins from the different casinos I've been to. Back in high school I collected miniature alcohol bottles, miniature perfume bottles, and Garfield and Spuds McKenzie stuff. I think all that stuff is now boxed up in my mom's attic!

Where does everyone keep all their collections?

I collect Flamingos. I have Christmas onaments, purses, stuffed animals, figurines. Any and everything with a Flamingo on it. Started out as a joke over 20 years ago and has grown from there. I used to collect teacups, but then they got so expensive, I stopped. I used to get them at flea markets and garage sales for under a $1 and now they top $25 or more.

Hubby collects antique fishing lures, starting with his own fathers tackle box full. He also has a beer stein collection.

I have a pretty fair amount of Univ. of Florida stuff too.

And for a while I collected silver plate items. I actually like to polish silver and I use a lot of my silver for serving, decorating, etc. I don't have a lot and most of its not worth much. But I like how it looks. I got most of it when my parents passed as they had several pieces as did my grandmother and aunt. They mean a lot to me as they belonged to people I loved and who also used them and didn't just display them. We also got a few small pieces for wedding gifts way back when.

Have been unable to add to any collections in months, but that is probably a good thing.

The steins and Florida stuff are in our den on the walls and on shelves. The flamingos reside in the spare room and the teacups and silver are in a china cabinet or on the dining room table and piano.

I also collect scrapbooking supplies. The actual hobby is supposed to be scrapbooking, but it seems like I just collect the supplies because for the past year or so as I have barely done any scrapbooking.

Well, I love trivia and jokes, so I just started collecting the lids from my Snapple Lemonade bottles, and I'm taping them on my walls. I have...3...so far, but I drink a lot of Snapple, so I'm *hopefully* going to have a few more in a while.

Off the bottle I'm drinking now:

Re: What do you collect?

DVD's and Books. I can't help but buy them if they look interesting in the store. And I never get rid of them after I watch/read them. I
