We're doing a little world culture research unit in my classroom and I'm looking up recipes from the various cultures for kids who want to cook food for their presentation. There are so many unusual recipes when you specifically search things like Fiji and Madagascar, etc. I see a new phase of culinary exploration coming on!

John!! I have a real FORT for the FORT!!

This is part of our Molson Canadian Beer's plant. The Fort was constructed ages ago. It's built with real logs and the gates (which are closed in the photos) open up to a courtyard and a main Fort room where many news conferences, parties, and meetings were held. With plenty of beer available as well. It was where the Edmonton Oilers announced that they traded Wayne Gretzky! I have some fond memories of that place


Anyway, it's FREE!! An inspector has declared that it is fit to take apart, move, and re-assemble. All you have to do is come up with the money for labour and shipping!

How about it EVERYONE!! John, can you buy the Fort a FORT!!!

I did not see who originally posted but the term from LaVerne & Shirley is: Vo-dee-oh-doh-doh

One episode when Laverne De Fazio (Penny Marshall) implied that her roommate Shirley Feeney (Cindy Williams) "Vo-dee-oh-do-dohed." After Shirley insisted she did not "Vo-dee-oh-do-doh" Laverne partially conceded and said "Yeah, but you Vo-de-Ohed!"

Before I saw your post, I was showing the photos to Mr. Rosie and he says:"COOL!!!!! that would make a great place to live."

Then his next question was: "will they throw in some beer? I know a bunch of guys that would work for beer taking it apart".

I would have to be placed in charge of food or as a supervisor as my husband is convinced that I dont' know which end of a hammer to hold. (I did a good job on that one huh? )

I can't believe that it's FREE misskitty! It sounds like we've got a crew building here at FORT. Now where would it be relocated to?
