    Congrats Superbrat! That is an awesome accomplishment. I have to say I'm proud of you too! Now get out there and take the world by storm like I know you can!!!!

    Lois, that is great. I've been thinking of doing that. My hair is the longest its been since I was 12 years old. It wasn't a conscious choice to grow it out. It was the result of a bad haircut and then not wanting to find another hair dresser and get another bad cut.
    I've been enjoying it long, but I think it's going to be really hot for summer, so I was thinking of donating it to locks of love as well.

    But 12 inches is a LOT of hair girl. I could probably cut off 12 inches, but I'd be left with that Halle Berry pixie type cut and I do NOT look good with short hair.
    Not sure what I'm going to end up doing.


    As for Florida, despite the bugs, Gators, hurricanes, hoardes of rude tourists, it was a great place to live for MOST of my life. Absolutely AWESOME place to grow up in in the 60's and 70's. Unfortunately, the things I LOVED about Florida are disappearing and the stuff I HATE is taking its place. It's why I live in SC now. But despite the love bugs being such a nusiance, you get used to it. It's nasty, but unless you are driving the interstate ALL the time during love bug season, it isn't all that bad.
    I couldn't stand the massive amounts of snow some of you live with for months on end. Just couldn't deal with it. But you guys seem to be ok with it. I think it's just all what you're used too and you adapt.
