You let the cat out of the bag! Or should I say dog? The dog biscuits with a slice of cheese go great with a shot of vodka.

No, my problem is that I cook and eat and cook and eat some more. The 2 snow days we've had this week have absolutely, totally blown my diet. If I lived where it snowed all winter, I would be too big to leave the house come spring.

The best part of today? Was when the teenager came out and yelled at her father and I for making too much noise at 11:30 this morning and she couldn't sleep. Well pardon us for watching tv and talking at the CRACK OF NOON!!!!!

And "his crabbiness" let her have it. I am so easily entertained.

    Hooray for daddy!!!!

By the way, vodka with a Milk-Bone, with cheese is pretty good.......so I've heard.........as long as the vodka is Stoli!!

I have a feeling my sister is going to make me her maid of honor at her wedding (which is, like, 2 years from now.). We were looking at rediculously ugly dresses at GoodWill and she said something about what she wants her bridesmaids to wear, but then she looked at me and said, "But you're in charge of what the dresses look like." I think I convinced her to have her colors be a pale-ish pink and a milk chocolatey brown. She also wanted pink and sage green, but that was our cousin's colors. I told her if she went with the chocolate/pink, she could put plates of chcolates on the tables at the reception, and sprinkle loose pink rose petals on the table tops as well. Her response was, "ooooooooooo!"

So tonight we had sushi in honor of my grandmother's passing. She would never and I mean never have raw fish god forbid, but to honor her spunk, we had sushi and saki! Yum! That combats the cold her right now to say the least!

Is there vodka in a Marguerita?

Sound travels faster and louder in the cold.

Superbrat: I think you will have some terrific ideas for your sister's upcoming wedding. I hope she listens.

buglover: I think your grandmother would love the fact that you all got together to celebrate her spunk in life! To saki!
