Have any of you ever tried soluble fiber supplements (eg. Metamucil, Fiber One, etc)? I already eat quite a bit of green leafy vegetables, but I doubt I have nearly enough, if any, soluble fiber intake. I figure it couldn't hurt to try them.

I use benefiber and its great. You can mix it in anything and its not flavored. I could not gag down the metamucil drink.

I mix my benefiber powder in coffee, yogurt, juice, pudding, even soup.
But don't try mixing it with diet coke. There is a nice chemical reaction that produces LOTS of fizz. And I mean LOTS.

But I like it because it is unflavored and I can add it to so many things and not even know its there.

Well its been almost 2 weeks on the activia and I do see a slight improvement.

I just wanted to say Hey.

Have had computer troubles and have had it in the shop and then had it back in the shop and have been using my daughter's computer until it conked out and now its in the shop, neighbors computer and the library, so if I missed anything, please forgive me.

Congrats to those with good news. My best wishes to those with bad news.

And I'm sorry if I missed someone or something. I'll try to get caught back up.

Just glad to have my computer back where it belongs. (but I did manage to get a GREAT deal done around here while it was gone)

It's a terrible feeling when your computer is not working properly, isn't it? We had a problem recently and couldn't get online. We figured it out, and now we're working just fine, but for those couple of days, it was like I lost my best friend!

My son is busily taking his PSATs right now. He doesn't generally do very well in these type of tests, so the results will probably be pretty interesting!

He's home from the PSATs. He said they were hard. Well, DUH! I didn't expect they would be easy! We don't get results until December. I thought that was all computerized. What on earth takes so long?

What is the difference between the PSAT and the SAT? I have a 16 yo that really needs to get started on that...
