That's exactly what I was thinking Lois! That must have been interesting Gut!

I remember something similar to the 4 inch wide sheet of taffy. It was about 2 inches wide and 7 inches long I guess... it was brown, pink and white and it was called a koo koo. I loved that stuff!

What about Zots? Anybody remember them? I was just talking about them with a friend of mine the other day.

So how many of us are now on the lookout for candy of our youth?

Here's a link to the Mast General Store that is located here. The candy room online only has about 1/10th of what's in the store, but many of the things you guys mentioned, they have for sale. Including neccos.

    Candy Room - All

My trip down memory lane is my current search for watermelon rind pickles. If I can't find them made, then I am going to HAVE to make some.

That's what they looked like but were sweet.
    Space Sticks! Loved those!

Well, she shook her head real fast, but then I got her to eat more! More head shaking and then she gave me "the look" (thank you Mona) and walked away all haughty-like. Whenever Pop Rocks come up in my classroom and I mention I fed them to my cat once, that seems to get me points with the students. Don't know why.

You know Gut, I used to like you.
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.
