OH DEAR LORD! I think I would've had to move after an incident like that!

Yes, I am lucky by comparison...juice is sticky and gooey...but it doesn't really smell bad!!! UGH! You poor thing!

Oh, Lois. I remember so vividly hosting two horrible houseguests. Mr. lei and I were so happy dropping them off at the airport! But when we returned, their large, uncovered bottle of soda had tipped over in the fridge and spilled everywhere.

It's not as bad as ScoutMom's gross story, and certainly a tiny thing in the scheme of things, but very frustrating at the time. It did take a little while before I was laughing about it.

I hope you can relax and enjoy the rest of your day.

I'll take cleaning a fridge over having urine leak from the ceiling.

    You win! (or lose!)

Lei, thanks so much. There's nothing wrong with my day that a piece of chocolate won't make better!

For some reason, the visual that remark caused has me cracking up!

I HATE cleaning the fridge. I'm a bit of a neat freak, so I can't stand to let it get too bad. I usually make the hubby clean it. That is his one chore...

OH speaking of cleaning, I just remembered to thank whomever it was who suggested carpet cleaning as a birthday gift! Mine isn't until later this month, but as we have family visiting soon, I cashed in early. Mr. lei did a great job on it yesterday. It makes the whole house look like new.

You are a hard taskmaster Miss Kat.
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.

    Re: FORT Koffee Klatch

I can add my story of when my folks were coming to visit and I made my dad's favorite - pickled beets and eggs - in a huge vat in the fridge. I was hanging clean laundry in the basement when I heard a thud and purple juice started dripping down all over the clean laundry. My daughter had tried to sneak one and dumped the whole container on the floor. I don't live there anymore, but I'm pretty sure the wood floor is still purple.
    Count your blessings!

Thank you, shay! I can't say Mr. lei says the same, but I sure do.

Oh, Gut -- beet juice! Why is it always dark, sticky things?
