It's starting to snow here again really hard. And to think yesterday morning I heard birds singing that reminded me so much that spring was around the corner! We're predicted 4-8 inches of snow from this.

Snow AGAIN? Oh my. Yesterday it was almost 80 degrees here. (NC) Perfect weather, but today it's getting colder and we are getting another cold snap soon.

Yesterday we had a taste of spring with mild temps warm sun and soft breezes! Snow was melting, the air itself felt hopeful and renewed and today its all gone. Right now its snowing and the winds are blasting--its so depressing!!!

JK, I get you about the vagaries and quirks of the hodgepodge that is the English language. You can't make sense of "horrific/terrific" because there is no sense to be made of it. Now take Latin, that is a perfect language with no puzzling conflicts. Makes me wonder why it's dead.
