So much good advice - I think it's interesting to learn about different kinds of meditation.
For immediate stress, sometimes I just close my eyes and send up a simple silent "please help me" prayer for relief.
    The boxing sounds good, too.

quick riddle I need help with..

What kind of bell makes no noise, yet makes angles sing?

I googled it and got the answer "bluebells" - I don't get the "makes the angels sing" part, but the entire riddle is actually a more complex poem.

I think the reference is that Fairies sing around bluebells so you should plant them in your garden

A customer and her boyfriend were wearing t-shirts today that had "Stupid Cancer" printed on them and I told them I agreed totally. I told them I lost my grandson to leukemia and they gave me a button with Stupid Cancer dot com on it. I checked it out and it's a site for young adults with cancer. Check it out. I'm Too Young For This! Cancer Foundation :: The Voice Of Young Adults

70,000 Americans between 15 and 39 years old are diagnosed with cancer every year one every eight minutes. This is not OK! Its time for survivors in their teens, 20s and 30s to have their voices heard.

    Question friends:
I made this out of old bi-fold closet doors for my daughter, all designed and hand painted by me. Thing is, we are ready to sell it. My question is: what should I be asking for it? Thanks in advance for you input.

Duxxy, that is adorable. You did an amazing job on it. I have no idea how much you should ask for it. I just did a google on "room dividers" and most seemed to be between $50 and $300. So maybe somewhere in that range?

um wow! someone just offered me $25 but I knew that didn't feel like enough, I don't think that even covers the materials.

Very cool, Duxxy. Put it on craigslist for $200 or best offer and see what you get.

    I agree with Gut.

Yesterday was my daughter's bridal shower. My friends put on a very lovely party for her and saw lots of her friends and parents of her friends and some of my old friends and she got a wonderful start on making her new home.
