Soothing?? Maybe it's just me, but they make me close my windows due to them kicking up so much noise! My friend told me that if I gently placed my hand on the tree, that they would shut up...as if I'm going outside!

Have to admit that I did see myself in her reaction! That was very much ME!!

Does anyone know anything about back pain? I have pain in lower back. Started yesterday and it's from getting in and out of my bus. So I've got 3 days off and want to get better. Should I use ice or heat? anything else? Should I file workers comp? lol

File the worker's comp quickly! Better to have it on file than to regret not having done it...you lose nothing by filing it! If I were you, I'd take some kind of anti-inflammatory and use heat, and visit your doctor if it goes into next week.

I know it sounds weird but take Midol. It is a muscle relaxant and works almost instantly. I used it when I worked as a grocery sacker in HS and had to lift heavy stuff all the time. Even the male sackers used it to help sooth their muscles!

I would file the claim and take the Midol. Midol really works. I take it now for water retention. seriously. I am probably going through MAN-O-PAUSE.

Man-O-Pause... I think I know a few men who are going through that too!

I started cleaning out my barn today. It was where everything got stored when we moved in. I made 3 trips to the dump and am maybe 1/3 done, but that's ok! I've been putting it off because it seemed too daunting. But now I know what's there, and that most of it just needs to be bagged up and dumped (dust/mold). Boy, will I feel better when that's done!!!!
    Count your blessings!

And not only that - as long as I can remember I would/still have about 3 1/2 weeks of ok and another week or so when I am the crabbiest, meanest, don't argue with me type person, so tell me - are Men really that different from Women? Well most men will not agree with me, but I found out years ago, just be yourself and no fake fronts etc., it works like a charm.
