I'd say pour me a grasshopper, but they are too sweet for me.

Lambi, did you get that pink flamingo outfit at the same store where Bjork does her Oscar-wear shopping?

Oh, cricketeen!!! You so crack me up! I absolutely adore Bjork and have every one of her CD's so I must have been channeling my Inner Bjork when I found that outfit!!! Secretly I was so covetous of her Swan Dress that I've always wanted one, too, so my subconscious must have had hold of my credit card when I picked out that outfit to wear to the party. Good catch on your part!!

Darling, Grasshoppers would so clash with the pink theme we have going on that how about a Pink Squirrel or a Pink Lady??? Way before adults thought that bringing children to bars was a BAD idea, I'd go with all the adults for Happy Hour at the VFW joint in our farm town, and at 10+ years old, I was sipping on Pink Squirrels and Pink Ladies. I guess they figured that the drinks were so fluffy that giving it to a kid was okay. I haven't thought of them for years, until your mention of Grasshoppers jogged my memory. The Pink Squirrel was my favourite but some bars didn't have the almond cordial required to make it. Darn! Now I want a drink instead of my coffee!!!

    Here's the recipes:

    PINK LADY
    Ingredients
    1 1/2 oz Gin
    1 tsp Grenadine
    1 tsp Light Cream
    1 Egg White

    Directions
Shake ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

    PINK SQUIRREL

    Ingredients
1 oz Creme de Noyaux (Almond Cordial)
1 tbsp White Creme de Cacao
    1 tbsp Light Cream

    Directions
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

    Don't forget the "Shirley Temple"!

I intentionally "forgot" the Shirley Temple, prhoshay. I wouldn't even drink those as a KID! Blah-h-h! Something about the name was just a turn off to me; made me think that I was stuck in diapers or something. If I was stuck drinking soda, I'd have Sqirt or Fresca, with a stir stick and a cherry, instead.

Muduh, you crack me up! I was going to ask what's in a Cabana Boy, but then it gets even worse!!! (there isn't an icon that shows how much I am laughing. John, we need a peeing in pants icon!)

Miss Kitty, am loving the nightwear, but I'd be more comfy in the boxers!
I haven't had a slinkly nightgown in years and years. I am more the flannel PJ's and t-shirts (after 20 years, the magic is just not like it used to be. Watch that new sitcom Til Death with Brad Garrett, that's my marriage! )
Get your dirty mind out of the gutter! I'm just trying to help Newf find a job within the organization.

I was going to post last night that if anyone finds any flannel pj's with flamingos, count me in.

Here's another choice for you, Muduh. Initially, I thought "Why Green?", but I suppose PINK flamingos on PINK fabric would minimalize the WOW! factor a bit.

If I read that right, those pj's are 79.00!!! Now if I spent that, I would expect a robe and slippers with it.

I like the 18.00 slippers though!

Also just checked and they come in size medium. How many here wear a medium? (keep it to yourself, if so) I'd have to buy two pairs and splice them together.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to give a reminder that we don't allow hotlinked pictures. With all the free hosting sites available (many that don't even require an account), it just makes things easier for everyone. Here are some:
