    You too!!

    Are you doing anything special?

I am going camping with the family on a lake. Can't wait to get out and soak up some vitamin D!

    that sounds like fun calilily
We are having all the kids over for a BBQ.
Mostly just relaxing by the pool, eating and then watching fireworks.

I've worn glasses most of my life and each and every pair required fittings / adjustments afterwards, even though they'd taken painstaking measurements first.

lol it's strange but I've always had the eye tech make a big deal of "adjustments" but with these I've bought there hasn't been a problem. Of course I don't sleep or step on them anymore like I used to when younger. In my experience the metal ones can get bent but my DH can fix that. Sorry I didn't answer sooner but I only check this thread maybe once a day.
I very much believe in rescuing animals, not buying them.

THanks. That's good to know. My biggest fear in ordering from the Internet was always that so many problems / adjustments would be needed. Good to hear you had a very positive experience.

We're cleaning out the basement on the 4th and throwing something on the grill. We have company coming next week, so we're saving up the celebrating until then.

I plan to spend some time watering my yard to counter any illegal fireworks that may come my way! I guess I am taking my chances on my roof... Mr. C and I will probably have a little cookout on the back porch, enjoy the view of our garden and then maybe walk down the street for the city fireworks show at about 10 PM when it will be finally dark enough for a show!

Happy 4th! And Happy Canada Day to all of you northern Fort'ers!

OK, I want to know which one of you bought the Cheeto on ebay that predicted Michael Jackson's death? Fess up, I know it was someone.
(and I thought the grilled cheese sandwich with the image of the Virgin Mary was ridiculous)
