I do--not much to tell really. It does make me feel a little better, --but I suspect I need to increase it--going for a physical in July.
I have found the Truth and it doesn't make sense.

I assume you have an underactive ( hypo ) thyroid, correct?
Mine was just the opposite - ( hyper ) thyroid aka Graves Disease. It took nearly 20 years to get mine under control. Hyperthyroid is very dangerous as your heart, etc. race constantly.
Underactive thyroid, hypothyroid, on the other hand, is extremely common and very easy to treat. Both my stepmother and stepsister have it and each takes synthroid.

It's 88 out right now but feels SO much hotter. We were going to take our daughter out to a nice dinner for her graduation from Cosmotology school, but the a/c in the car is still out and now no one wants to go out in the heat. You'd think we were in the Sahara, but it feels HOT out. UGH.

I spent the weekend outdoors at the restaurant painting, power washing and such getting ready for our annual inspection. I ended up with a red neck and a little spot on my bald head from the cap I was wearing. Yesterday I spent about three hours out in the convertible with no hat and I have a sun burned head all over. It doesn't hurt but I've got to get it tanned for summer cruising.

Gut I thought about you when I heard this. A teacher friend of mine had the last day of school for students yesterday. AT her school it's a tradition for all the teachers to gather at the bus loop and wave goodbye to the students as the buses pull out on the last day. I thought it was a really cool idea and thought I'd share it.

Too funny! We do the same thing. We even do a "wave" like at sporting events.
