As a non-drinker, I'll be the designated driver.

ESPECIALLY THOSE of us at the end of the bar. Lets see me, myrosiedog and buglover. With Ellen tending bar, this ought to be fun. Even as the nondrinking DD, I think Newfherder will give us a ride we'll never forget.

I haven't seen any frogs yet this year but I know they're out there. We usually catch one taking a dip in the pool a couple of times during the summer. I know that's gross to you frog-haters, but I'd rather have a comfortable frog than swarms of love bugs and beetles.
Are you talking about June bugs (that started out a lawn grubs) They crash against the windows trying to get to the light..

There is a show call The Exterminator on Bravo or somesuch station. Anyway the main exterminator dude said the reason people get cobwebs on the outside of their house above the windows in that the bugs are attracted to the light. The spiders come into play by following the bugs..where their dinner is. Makes sense and I'd never thought of it before.
I very much believe in rescuing animals, not buying them.

No, they're not June bugs. I don't think I've seen a June bug in Houston yet. They're really light brown flying beetles that are very attracted to the light. They're about the size of a penny. So nothing scary, just annoying!

And where are you old folks going that you need a driver??? I thought this was a home?
One of these days I'll stop being sensitive. Until then, I'll continue to be devastated on a daily basis. Life breaks my heart.
